Decking in a Day is the “no demo” renovation your backyard needs. This is a real deck with pressure-treated frames and composite Trex decking. Pre-built modular frames and pre-cut decking save homeowners and contractors thousands. Our all-inclusive deck products do not require a permit, are non-evasive (no concrete piers/footings), and can be disassembled and moved if needed. Build a deck with one frame or multiple. You can set it on Concrete, Dirt, or Grass on a similar reasonable-level surface. *
A modular decking system that bolts using galvanized hardware to form multiple deck-size configurations. For example: (four single 45-1/2'x72 inch frames bolted together to create one 92”x114” deck) 4 levelers with cross-section support are attached to each deck frame. Turning the leveler bolts adjusts the level of the deck. Pavers can be placed under each leveler to provide a stable platform for each deck section. Users set the frames on the ground, level them with a rachet, and bolt them together. Then install decking boards with a screw gun. The first board is pre-set on each frame; users just lay the boards down, set the provided spacers, and screw down the boards. The same applies to the Fascia around the frame. Each kit has a precut facia for the size of deck you select. No saw is required. We pre-cut the Fascia and deck boards.
Requirements for successful installation.
A reasonable level ground is necessary but not necessary; the levelers have at least 3 inches of adjustment. If you are installing on top of the grass, you can add an optional weed barrier; we recommend cutting grass squares, adding some pavers, and setting the frames on top.
